The ceremony starts promptly at 5pm. Please plan to arrive between 4:30-4:45pm so you have plenty of time to find your seat and settle in. We can’t wait to see your smiling face in the crowd!

Joyful, relaxed, and full of love. We’re going for a classic black-and-white look, but nothing too formal- we just want it to feel like us. Think happy tears, big laughs, and dancing all night with our favorite people. Black tie optional, good vibes required.

Yes, and we’re really excited about it! We’re asking all guests to wear all-black formal attire to help create the classic, elegant feel we’re going for. For the guys, that means black suits or tuxes with ties (white shirts are totally fine). For the ladies, black dresses of any length- floor, midi, or knee- choose what makes you feel your best. The ceremony is on grass, so stilettos may not be the best choice- heels can still sink a bit, even on a well-kept lawn.

Weather permitting, we’ll exchange vows outside on the lawn overlooking the water (don’t worry- it’s golf course grass, so footing is pretty solid). Cocktail hour will follow outdoors and on the patio deck, then we’ll head inside for dinner and dancing. It can get a little breezy by the water, so feel free to bring a light layer just in case. If Mother Nature has other plans, no worries- we’ve got a solid rain backup ready to go.

Yes! Guests can be dropped off right at the main entrance, and a golf cart will be available to bring anyone who needs assistance directly to the ceremony seating area. We’ve got you covered.

Yes! There’s plenty of on-site parking available at Warwick Country Club.

Yes! A trolley shuttle will leave from the Crowne Plaza Warwick at 4:15pm sharp to get everyone to the ceremony on time. Return trips will run throughout the evening, whether you’re heading out early or staying to dance the night away. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride!

We’re having an unplugged ceremony and kindly ask that phones and cameras stay tucked away. Our photographer will capture every moment beautifully- thank you for being present with us.

After the ceremony, absolutely! If you share, we’d love for you to use #HappilyEverCosta so we can follow along.

We’re so excited to celebrate with our favorite people! Guest list decisions were made with a lot of thought and care, so only those who received a plus-one on their invitation are able to bring one. If a guest was included, their name will appear on your envelope and in your RSVP.

We love your kiddos- truly! But this will be an adults-only evening (21+) so everyone can relax, enjoy the open bar, and celebrate without bedtime routines. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to raise a glass with you!

Absolutely! A delicious seated dinner will be served, and you’ll choose your entrée when you RSVP. The bar will be open all evening to keep the celebration going. If you have any dietary restrictions, just note them on your RSVP- we’re happy to accommodate.
